Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared and shipped from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Processing Times
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. During launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Within Canada
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Edmonton where shown as an option at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Estimates
Shipping estimates shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed. Carrier delays are outside of our control, but if you're having trouble with a shipment, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
